As your Agent, we will apply on your behalf to your State Workforce Agency; the U.S. Department of Labor; Homeland Security and finally assist the Worker(s) with their application and interview with the Consular in their country. Once we have achieved the necessary approvals and “certification”, we will help coordinate the Worker’s transportation and stay by your side throughout the year to oversee compliances and answer any of your questions.
